Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and labels intact
- Process: Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Used cutlery (Bestek)
- Used glassware (Glaswerk) showing signs of use
- Personalized or custom-made items

- Receive Instructions: Our team will review within 2 business days and send return label/instructions
- Ship Package Back: Carefully repackage (as befits our premium products) and ship using provided label
- Receive Refund/Exchange: After inspection, we’ll process within 5 business days

Refund Details
- Timing: Processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect return
- Method: Refunded to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs not refunded unless return is due to our error
Exchange Details
- Select new item during return process
- Price differences will be adjusted
- New shipping costs apply
International Returns
For customers outside the Netherlands:
- You are responsible for return shipping until received in our warehouse
- We recommend using track & trace service
- Customs fees for returns are not reimbursed
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll provide a swift resolution worthy of our premium service.
